Shipping Policy

This policy describes how StriveX LATAM ships physical orders. Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping (see below).
Order processing
Orders ship from Miami, FL. We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.
Delivery estimates
- Standard (domestic U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited (domestic U.S.): 2–3 business days after dispatch, where available.
Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Promotional or free-shipping thresholds, when offered, are shown in the cart before payment.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Digital products
Digital compendiums and downloads are delivered immediately after payment via email and/or your account, and do not incur shipping charges.
Incorrect addresses & failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
International shipping
International availability and rates, when offered, are shown at checkout. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.
